Non-covered items

In compliance with Korean medical regulations, we publish the fees for medical certificates and administrative documents issued at our clinic.

The fees listed below cover administrative documents only — medical certificates, treatment records, and copies. They do not include consultation fees, examination fees, or other treatment-related costs. Cosmetic and dermatological procedure fees are quoted at the time of consultation.

Schedule of Fees

Standard fees for medical certificates and records.

Pursuant to the Standards for Medical Institution Certificate Fees (Article 4(2), Annex), the following fees represent the maximum amounts that may be charged for the issuance of administrative documents.

General Medical Certificate 일반진단서
A medical certificate prepared by a physician based on the comprehensive results of examination or testing, in accordance with Form 5-2 of the Enforcement Rules of the Medical Service Act.

Outpatient Visit Confirmation 통원확인서
A confirmation document issued for administrative purposes regarding outpatient visits, recording the patient's personal details (name, gender, date of birth, etc.) and the date of outpatient treatment.

Treatment Confirmation 진료확인서
A confirmation document issued for administrative purposes regarding specific treatments (e.g. radiation therapy, examinations, prescribed medications), recording the patient's personal details and the specific treatment received.

Reproduction of medical records as defined in Article 15(1) of the Enforcement Rules of the Medical Service Act. Per page, for the first five pages.

Duplicate Certificate 제증명서 사본
Reissuance or duplication of an existing certificate. When multiple copies of the same certificate are issued at the same time, every additional certificate beyond the first is treated as a duplicate.
