An HA filler is a product that prepares hyaluronic acid in a gel form — when injected into the skin, it improves wrinkles or restores volume.
Filler procedures vary in duration depending on the individual and the specific area being treated. Excluding the consultation and design time, the average filler procedure is completed within 20 minutes.
Juvéderm contains a local anaesthetic (0.3% lidocaine), and at Mili Clinic, we apply a topical numbing cream before the procedure and provide attentive aftercare to minimise discomfort.
Light daily activity is possible immediately after the procedure. However, strenuous exercise and any pressing or strong touching of the treated area should be avoided.
Makeup should also be avoided for 12 hours following the treatment.
Avoid alcohol, smoking, and strenuous exercise. Avoid any activity that may apply pressure to the treated area.
